With only eight months until the 2020 Summer Olympics and Paralympics, Miss Hooper has challenged the children to 'Travel to Tokyo'.
As part of the children's thirty minutes of physical activity per day the staff and children will log how far they run, hop, skip or jump and then, as
a school, we will see if we can make it the 8,149 miles or 13,114,544 metres to get us to Tokyo!
Each half term we will up date you on our journey.
Well done to Year 5 - superb behaviour and really good questions. A pleasure to teach.
- A Holt - Sir Teachalot
Please pass on huge thanks and congratulations to all your lovely children, their parents and your colleagues – I could not have asked for better parade,
my hat goes off to you all!!
- Mrs Woodward, Chatsmore High School
Thank you for hosting the Legacy Games. Durrington was an excellent venue - safe and contained. I would also like to say how very polite your children
are - holding doors open and offering to help me when they could. It was lovely to see.
- Ali Groves, WSSA
The children have been a joy to teach, so enthusiastic and friendly! I hope to work with your school again in the near future.
- T Waine - Active Communities Officer
Just a quick note to say thank you to you and your staff for being so welcoming on Wednesday.
